Delivery to Germany, Austria or another EU country

Your invoice showing VAT is created automatically when you place your order. Here is how to get it:

1. Open your order confirmation email and click «View your order».
2. On the order page, in the box with your contact and shipping address, you will find the line «VAT» at the very bottom with an invoice number starting with INV.
3. Click on that number. The invoice opens as a PDF that you can save or print. On your phone, use the share icon to save it.

Delivery to Switzerland or Liechtenstein

For these orders we create the invoice on request. Send us a short message with your order number to [email protected] and you will receive the invoice as a PDF within one business day.

Paid with Klarna?

The payment request with its due date comes directly from Klarna and can be found in the Klarna app or on klarna.com under your purchases. You can still find our VAT invoice on the order page as described above.
