How can I submit a return request?Updated 7 months ago

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be unused and in their original packaging.


Returns by post

Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the returns process with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. 

Note: We will not cover the cost of the return postage.


Refund process

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will check whether it meets the criteria of our returns policy. If the return is approved, a refund will be made to the original payment method.


Items excluded from returns

Personalised items made to customer specifications are excluded from returns.
