Is the IRISgo® cup leak-proof?

Yes, the IRISgo® cup is leak-proof and protected against self-opening when the IRISgo® cup is tightly closed - like a standard threaded cap.

How do I clean my IRISgo® cup?

The IRISgo® cup is very easy to clean by hand. Use warm water and a cloth, brush or sponge. The IRISgo cup does not need to be disassembled for cleaning. We recommend cleaning the IRISgo® cup with warm water after each use.

Is my IRISgo® cup dishwasher-safe?

The IRISgo® cup is not dishwasher-safe and must be cleaned by hand. Clean the IRISgo® cup with warm water and a soft cloth, sponge or brush.

How long will my drinks stay hot or cold?

The vacuum insulation of the IRISgo® cup keeps your drinks warm for up to 3 hours and cold for 6 hours.

How do I use the closure?

Can the IRISgo® cup open automatically in my bag?

If you have closed your IRISgo® cup properly, it cannot open automatically in your bag. The principle works in the same way as a standard threaded cap, which is used on most bottles. Always transport your IRISgo® cup upright.

There are no universal standard holders for cars, but with a diameter of 75mm the IRISgo® cup fits into most cup holders.
